Still with this shit. This is so one sided. Just because your life is so great does not mean you go around belittling others. You don’t know their fucking life. You don’t know if they’ve made sacrifices. You don’t know how hard they’ve worked. Everybody has their own problems and to go saying “I made a bigger sacrifice than you because I went to the army” is beyond stupid. Also, not everyone can join the army. Put yourself in their shoes. Everyone struggles in their life, one way or another.
His argument, just like ALL the ones for this movement, is supporting his side. He isn’t leaving out any information. He isn’t deceiving people. He’s simply stating his side. Calling it one-sided was kind of like asking is someone was talking about a group of baby goats when they said they were going to “pick up the kids”. That aside, I don’t really see how there is any fault in his argument. People who go into the military are sacrificing so much more than other people who are working behind desks. You cannot tell me that someone being blown up on a yearly, monthly, weekly, daily basis is on a similar level to someone being blown up on! Someone coming into McDonalds and asking to speak to your manager is nothing like someone coming up to your base with a bomb attached to their chest! My dad was in the Army for twenty years before giving his life for his country. He fought a tough battle and he never gave up. He gave his life for people who are wasting breath and time protesting the way things have been for centuries. We don’t know struggle and we definitely don’t know pain. Do you realize we’re all fighting over money!? MONEY!? Is that what this has all come to? Rather than fight for equal rights or laws that protect our jobs or our families, we’re fighting about who’s going to pay the most. That is so dumb.
